Boot error

When I start Windows, I get an error message about disk
failer booting up and asks me to put in my Windows CD.
After that I hit enter and it goe sto a blue setup
screen, after it is done scanning everything, I hit F3 to
restart my pc. It used to take me directly back to my
user screen to log onto Windows, but now it goes back to
the blue screen two or three times before finally take me
to Windows. Anyone have any idea why I have to put in my
cd for it to take me to Windows?

From your very confused post, I would hazard a guess that your hard
drive is dying. If you are unsure about doing hardware diagnosis
yourself, take the computer to a good local repair shop (not a BestBuy
or CompUSA type of store).
