boot error

Whenever I boot my computer I get the error message
Cannot find "copy". I click OK and the machine runs OK. I
get this intermittantly. I disabled all the start up
programs and enabeled them one at a time and did not have
the problem. I can't find copy in the registry.
Any help would be appreciated.

Run a FIXMBR and a FIXBOOT from the XP Repair Console directly from the XP
CD
Then try again...
