Boot error mesage

Hello,

I have customer have win2000, When the windows is logging it stops and got
following message:

0x0000006B (0×c0000102,0×00000002,0×00000000,0×00000000)
process1_initialisation_failed

The computer configuration:

.. Compaq Armada M700
.. 650 Mhz - 128 Ram

This is all i know about it and the computer do not have a recovery cd.
