How to make a boot XP floppy?

If you have a retail copy of XP then the CD itself is bootable - you don't
need a floppy.

The reply by Gordon presupposes that all disk drives are
working. If you have lost the ability to both boot and
have disk drives working then a floppy boot set is of
course a good option.
