Website: www.crowncalisthenics.com (At the moment can only be viewed with IE
due to VML)

Under "Results" then "Team comps" The page looks fine when first opened,
and when clicking on one of the bookmarked links along the top (ie. Tinies,
Intermediates, Seniors etc) it works fine by jumping down to the bookmark.
But if you scroll up to the top again, the text has jumped up and now the
heading "Competition Team results" can no longer be seen, and the copyright
info at the bottom is amongst the line border. Why is the page doing this and
how do I fix it, apart from having a large space above the heading so even if
it jumps up can still be seen? Thanks

Avoid using absolute position of the bookmarked content, just set the content into tables.

And remove the word art - also use absolute positioning
