Bookmark Field

In my Word 2003 document, I have a bookmark called "Value." The bookmark
encompasses a sentence (I can see this with the light gray brackets). In
another place in the document, I want to insert the contents of the
bookmark. So I type this: { Value } and then press F9. Nothing happens. Am I
missing something? Thanks,

Ross,

If you are typing { }, therein lies your problem. Type
Value, select it, press CTRL+F9, then F9
