Booklet: Pages Do Not Print in Sequence

I want to print text from Word 2002 in a booklet. I followed the instructions
as to how to do this but have a problem: For instance, page 2 does not follow
page 1 on the reverse side. Instead, page 6 is printed on the reverse side of
page 1, and page 2 is printed further back.
Any ideas as to how to correct this problem?
