Book1 generated from where?

I had assumed that there was probably a .xlt file that Excel used as the
default source when launching.
However I do not appear to have one.
So where does Excel get the book.xlt from?

If there is a Book.xlt it would be in one of the XLSTART folders. Most
users probably do not have a Book.xlt so they get the default new workbook.
