Book Recommendations Please

While I am not new to Access, I haven't used it extensively on a regular
basis. I have received great help through this site, but was wondering if
any of you have recommendations of database design books.

I am about to embark on a new database, and am looking for a book that
suggestions how to plan, design, document, etc. in easy-to-understand,
step-by-step language.

Specific to database design, I'd especially recommend Designing Relational
Database Systems by Rebecca Riordan and Database Design for Mere Mortals by
Michael J. Hernandez.
