I just received a copy of:

Access 2000 Developer's Black Book, thru an authorized reseller(?) for Barnes &
noble. (Since it's out of print, it's used. Good shape, but used.)

The problem is...it came with no CD.

Anyone know how I could get a copy? Go back to the publisher (Coriolis)? Hmmm...
Looks like *that* won't work:

-------------------------------------------------
The Coriolis Group Closed Down

by Jim Milliot -- 4/1/2002

Abstract: Haights Cross Communications, majority owner of the Coriolis Group,
shut down the Scottsdale, Ariz., computer book publisher March 29. Peter Quandt,
Haights Cross chairman, said the deep slump in the computer book market left the
company with no choice but to close Coriolis. The company "was losing too much
money," Quandt said, adding that he didn't think the company could be turned
around...
-------------------------------------------------

Gee, *now* what?

Thanks in advance,

Tom

I had a similar situation with a Sybex VBA Developer's Handbook except my book
was bought new. After a couple of years i accidently cracked the CD. Sybex
wouldn't replace the CD even though I could prove I owned a retail copy. I even
emailed Ken Getz but he said he couldn't help me. I ended up just poking around
till I found someone with the same book that would allow me to copy their disk.

Regards,
RD
