Hello,

I've read through these posts pertaining to inserting pictures into forms
and was able to properly do so...

However, when I created a report to view these pictures, I only got the top
left corner of the picture file. I couldn't get the whole picture to show in
the report as it properly did in the forms.

There are a lot of "these posts pertaining to inserting pictures into
forms", and they cover more than one method. Except for the fact that the
likely answer is the same no matter which type of Control you are using, it
would have been beneficial for you to describe what you did... because,
often, what you did, and what kind of control you used, and such, are vital
to your getting a good answer.
However, when I created a report to view these
pictures, I only got the top left corner of the picture
file. I couldn't get the whole picture to show in
the report as it properly did in the forms.

From your description, you simply need to open the Control you are using to
show the pictures, and in the Format tab, set its SizeMode property to
"Zoom". The value of "Clip" will exhibit the behavior you describe.
