I have a file that is compressed <appeared in blue in windows explorer> that
I cannot open. Has a .bmp extension. I am no expert. Can you help. Thank you

Right click on the file and click on properties. On the general tab click on
advanced. Uncheck the compress contents box. Click ok and then try to open
it.
