I have a Bluetooth earpiece I want to use with my XP and Magic Jack program.
I need help setting this up.

If blutooth toogle is connected to your system then follow these steps
Ok i will help you goto mynetworkplaces->viewnetworkconnection->creat
new connection->setupanadvanced connection->accept incomin
connection->finish
