bluetooth mouse

I'm trying to get my Windows XP computer to sync with my bluetooth mouse. The
help says to go to the control panel and open bluetooth devices. I cannot
find this on my control panel. Any help? Thanks.

Also make sure you have the necessary Bluetooth hardware on your computer.
