Bluetooth Drivers?

My bluetooth that a bluetooth device is not found.
I went into device manager updated drives via the internet, and nothing
changed. IS there a way to update the driver so bluetooth works again? Also I
am running Vista Ultimate and have an HP dv2000t custimized laptop.
