I've started to get a blue screen error often that
says "IRQ Not less or equal" and has the Stop Code:
0x80041002. Can anyone help me with the reasons for
this? I've updated the bios, and re-registered the DLL's
trying to cure this. No luck.

This is not a definitive answer but _every_ time I've seen a BSOD with one
of these messages the cause has been a bad device driver. Most commonly the
culprit has been associated with the most recently installed device although
I wouldn't count on that completely. You might try downloading updated
drivers for everything you can find.

This is a tough one to pin down... usually hardware related
but not always. A Google search will bring up some info
that MS has put out on the subject, also many postings
and, perhaps, a few suggestions from others who have had
the problem. I used to have it occasionally and it was a
real PITA. Then it went away and never returned. Don't
really know why it came, don't know why it went.

My experience with this: I kept getting these when
running Conflict: Desert Storm games. My semi-solution
was disconnecting USB devices connected (in my case, it
was AOL's USB DSL modem)
