Blue Screening/Multiple Device Manager Listings

My system is crashing and one of the blue screen messages
relates to hardware problems. My device manager is listing
two ATA controllers and two processors which clearly isn't
correct. Is it possible this is the crash cause and how do
I correct?
 
It has taken a few days for another event. The short
version of the message is IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL , check
to see if new hardware or software is properly
installed... Technical information - 0x0000000A
(0x000006A2, 0x0000001C, 0x00000000, 0x804E1C4C) Hope this
