Blue Screen

Like others:

When I open my windows mail account it opens
normally for about a second, and then the screen turns blue. I can't see any
of my emails, but I can hit reply and one of the emails opens. Any help?

I hope it is a nice color of blue. By any chance do you see the error that is shown
when that nice blue screen is staring you in the face.
Can you please post that error as per Verbatim so as I can also duplicate that nice
blue screen. Always wanted one also

I found the problem. I turned off the spam email filter from my Trend Micro
anti virus but left the internet filter on. The Blue screen is gone.

Amazing, how those third party security programs mess up Windows Mail!
Trend Micro, Norton, and McAfee products are the worst in that regard.
 
Yup. There we go again. You'd think these companies would test their
software, but maybe they learned from MS.
