(i) Fault RAM is often the cause of this. Swop for known good RAM & test.
(ii) Roxio Easy cd creator is alos known to cause this - uninstall it if
it's installed.
(iii) SP4 has a fix for this issue - try installing SP4 and see if that
doesn't resolve the problem.
