Greetings,
Our server is getting a blue screen on a random basis. It
may happen once a week, or not for several weeks. But the
error is
Stop: 0x0000000A (0x0033004A, 0x0000001C, 0x00000000,
0x80432DFA) IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL.

But that is all. I have read some Knowledge base articles
that blame drivers, but there is always a dump on the
screen with the driver name. I have only this one line on
the screen.
This morning BOTH servers had the blue screen and both had
only the one line. According to the event logs, one
crashed at 9:48 on Friday and the other creshed at 2:45
this morning (Monday). This has crashed during the day
with people working on it, but mostly it happens after
hours.
Any help appreciated.

What service pack are you at? Is there any special
process that might be kicking off like virus scan or
backups at the time that they blue screen?

Service Pack 4 on both servers. No special processes
kicking off. Blue Screen is random. Can go for a week
without a blue screen, then can blue screen every day at
different times. Has happened during business hours while
users trying to work. Has happened on weekend or at night
with nothing going on. The problem is there is no dump of
errors, so we don't know what causes it.

Hi Jerold,
I have already read the standard articles. I did a search
of the knowledge base and read the articles. No help there.
The problem is that these articles depend on information
contained in the dump after the stop code. In my case
there is no dump information. The screen is blank after
the stop code.

Thanks for any further ideas or advice.
