Blue screen STOP: 0X0000008E

Hi,

My computer works fine until today after I installed
Security Update CD received from Microsoft; it can not
reboot. I got a blue screen with STOP message: 0X0000008E
(0XC0000005, 0X80660AC95,0XF8259C30, 0X00000000). I
restart the computer several times choosing "safe mode'
but still cannot resolve the problem. I also did search MS
knowledge base but cannot find this type of problem. What
can I do to fix this problem?
