blue screen on win mail

Thanks for the help in advance. When I open my windows mail account it opens
normally for about a second, and then the screen turns blue. I can't see any
of my emails, but I can hit reply and one of the emails opens. Any help?
 
You are probably misreading what it says. That page doesn't care if
you already have Windows Mail, but it might care if you already have
Windows Live Mail. Let us know exactly what it says.
 
Oops, it was working, but now I get again a blue screen in WinMail. Win Live
mail is working. I would rather work with win mail instead of win live mail.
Sigh, how do I get rid of this blue screen again?
 
Does the blue screen say anything?
We can't do much troubleshooting without the complete error message.
