Blue Screen - help

I upgraded my RAM, and now have clue screen Stop erors. MS
error handling says its a device driver issue, but i
cannot find a driver problem. Anyone have this problem.
This is the error code.
Error code 1000008e, parameter1 c000001d, parameter2
bf8a09bd, parameter3 f38294d4, parameter4 00000000.

Cindy,
Sound like you have bad, unsupported, or mismatch memory. Bad memory
can cause a failure in a device driver and commonly show up as Bugcheck 8e
which is what you hit. I would take out the new memory and your computer
should stop crashing. If this is the case I suggest you take your known
good memory with you back to the store you bought the new memory at and have
them find you a 'match'. Good luck.

New ram doesn't cause driver problems as far as I know. Chances are your
new ram is not getting along with your old ram.

Try removing your old ram and see what happens.
