Blue Screen Error. Windows restarts randomly

I just reformatted my computer to windows xp and with the window updates,
motherboard, and graphic card drivers installed. For some reason,my computer
restarts by it self and with a blue screen error.

This is what the error code said,
Error code 1000000a, parameter1 00000001, parameter2 0000001d, parameter3
00000001, parameter4 806e4104

Any ideas on what might be wrong?
