Blue screen error 1000008E, {c0000005, aa92d67e, aa1c3b38, 0}

Nice John

We are usinng windows xp OS and Symantech firewall.
We are using an application Aventail. In some of the machines, we are facing
blue screen issue. We are getting the error code
1000008E, {c0000005, aa92d67e, aa1c3b38, 0}
We request you to provide a solution for this with a patch file or any other
technical solution

Are there any yellow question marks in Device Manager? Right click on
the My Computer icon on your Desktop and select Properties,
Hardware,Device Manager. If yes what is the Device Error code?
