Blue screen after copying files

I have burned the ISO numorous times, have tried upgrading, have tried
running the ISO straight from my computer, and it copys the files alright but
always after first restart before the installation starts again, I get this
blue screen it says

** STOP: 0x0000005C (0X0000010B, 0X00000003, 0X00000000, 0X00000000)

My computer is an HP P4 3.06GhZ wHyperthreading, 1GB RAM, ATI X1300....
And I can't even find anyone else who get's this error.

Do you have any devices you can remove, like a modem? Did you get any
compatibility warnings prior to starting the install? How many and what
type hard drives do you have?

I had a similar problem after doing an upgrade. I had to uninstall any
hardware/drivers/software I wasn't using then the upgrade worked fine. Of
note on a fresh install everything worked right away. on boot hit f8 and
reverse the installation. then go and unistall any software (like
anti-virus) driver, like nvidia display, etc.. and try upgrading again (this
worked for me).
