I have noticed that some files are blue in color. What is the meaning of
this colored file?

Hi,

Just means they are compressed. No big deal, they can still be used this
way.

It means the file is compressed. You can turn the colors on and off by
select Tools, Folder Options and going to the View tab in Windows Explorer.
Scroll down in the Advanced settings and toggle the check on "Show
encrypted or compressed NTFS files in color."
