and you'll get lots of help.

Alternativlely, just take the PC away from the kids.

If this is for your kids, check out programs like NetNanny. They can work
very well.

I spent a lot of time researching parental controls when my kids got
to that age when they start getting into trouble. I tested all the big
names like netnanny and cyberpatrol, but the one I settled on is PC
Chaperone. This program is the only one that met all my requirements
and has several features that I haven't seen in any other program. I
strongly recommend you give it a try. I think the website is
