Blocking & unblocking

I just installed (& found some unwelcome "visitors".
I tried the blocking procedure for an ActiveX programme,
and want to unblock it again (for practice) but the
instructions are as follows:-

"Navigate to Security Agents
Application Agents
View Blocked Agents"

However, I can't find a way to perform this "Navigation"

Any ideas please?

Tools, real-time protection, view all blocked events

would be it for events blocked as they ocurred.

The tools, advanced tools, system explorers, activex

also allows you to block a control already in place, and to remove that
block later.
