We currently use McAfee AntiVirus and ePO. I have noticed that many of my
customers are using streaming audio to listen to music and the radio. I
would like to block this type traffic but not sure how. Any suggestions
appreciated.

If they are customers then maybe you should ask their opinion about blocking
such explaining any pros and cons.

If you can identify such traffic as using particular TCP or UDP ports you
might be able to create access rules in the firewall to block such traffic.
Free tools such as TCPview can help identify such traffic.
