Blocking Potentially unsafe attachments

My Outlook 2002 is blocking 'Potentailly unsafe' attachments on received
emails, but occasionally I receive a 'potentially unsafe' file which I know
to be safe. How can I get to it? Can I turn off this function temporarily?

I appreciate that such a function will do a lot to help prevent the spread
of viruses and other email-bourne irritants, but I would still like to be
able to override it when I can be sure the file is safe or at least save the
file to disk without executing it..

Can I?
