blocking internet access for guest users in xp home...is it possible?

Hi, I'm looking for a solution about the problem in subject.

I know that with xp pro is possible, but the license i own at the
moment is for xp home.

I think the only way is to creat a .bat file with a netsh command that
disable the nic, but i really don't know how to make this file
executable at guest account login, is it possible in this way?

can you please help me? I can't find any guide or manual about this
but I think it's the only way...

I even tryed some freeware firewall but I can't find one that can
block internet access for a windows users only.

Firstly, unless you need the guest account to access a network, disable it.
it's a security risk. Create a limited User account, and call it "Visitor"
or something similar.
