Blocking HH.EXE from dialling out

How do I prevent the system program C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\HH.EXE from
dialing out?

I don't ever anticipate I will need to use this online help facility
so I would like to disable it dialing out.

I can't easily see it in Services but it may be hidden under some
other heading in there.

HH.exe is the theWindows Help Program is used to open Help files and
Documentation included with many Windows Programs. To prevent this dialing
internet, use a firewall (eg., ZoneAlarm)

Another option is to stop the Remote Access AutoConnection Manager service
itself.

Right click the My computer icon (Desktop), open Manage/Services and
Applications/Services. In the right pane scroll down to Remote Accces Auto
Connection Manager and double click it. Use the Startup type drop box and
choose Disabled.

In Help & Support Center, click the Options toolbar icon. Click the 'Set
search options' link. Uncheck the box beside 'Microsoft Knowledge Base'.

Works for me!
