Blocking a senders domain?

How do I block an entire domain? Is it as simple as editing a blocked
sender entry? If so, do I replace the senders name with a * or just get rid
of it completely?

Just add the domain without the asterisk. For instance: bargains.com
You don't specify what version of Outlook you have. This is for 2003
version, but should work with other recent versions. There are directions
when you add senders to the blocked list.

Can outlook support wildcards in the domain? Outlook2003 requires you to
specify the entire DNS following @ which doesn't work when spammers enter
numeric variations.

For example

@s-1425-0145-i.duced.com
@s-1583-962-i.duced.com
@s-76705-66413-i.duced.com

all should be blocked with *duced.com

This would be an awesome enhancement.

I make rules using the rules wizard that say if the sender's address
contains @xyz.com then delete it. That works.

Mostly I use these rules to categorise incoming emails from client
organisations eg sender's address contains @AIHW.gov.au put it in the AIHW
category.

No wildcards, but you can create a rule "with specific words in the sender
address" and have those words be "duced.com".
