Blocked startup program

I inadvertently blocked an important program using the
MSAS. Is there anyway to undo this??? I don't see a
list of "previously blocked programs" anywhere.
 
Settings-->Real-time protection-->Startup options and
check the "Enable the Microsoft AntiSpyware security
engines on startup
