Blocked Sender List Disappears

As I try to add names to my Blocked Sender List, they
disappear at the end of each session and are not saved
from one day to the next.
I remember having to do something in the registry to
correct this condition in the past but cannot recall what
I had to do.

If I were in your shoes, I'd try a new mail profile.
