blocked program, cannot unblock

I have a belkin wireless g network card F5D7000 installed but when I start
vista it comes up with a blocked startup program message wlan starter
utility. How do I stop this from appearing? I have tried to go into blocked
programs and removing it but the device isn't recognised (Unclassified) and
the remove button is greyed out.

sounds like maybe you need new driver that is vista compatible.
