Blocked Internet Site

I was trying to run a program and the window pop-up asked me if I wanted to
allow access. I accidentially hit "no". Now I can't get into the program at
all. How can I clear this block? Thanks... Neil.!

Launch Internet Explorer and from the Toolbar select:
Tools > Internet Options > Privacy > Sites and remove
the blocked web site from the Managed Web Sites list.
