Blocked attachments

I've just received an email with the following message:
Outlook blocked access to the following potentially
unsafe attachments: conference.mdb. Does anyone know
how to "unblock" this?

I would guess that you would have to unblock it from your
virus scanner software on your email server.

Sounds like you have a newer version of Outlook or one with a newer patch or
update.
Unless you roll-back to an unmodified office release, or older outlook. As
far as I know.

yeah i spent forever on the ms website trying to find out how to do this in
Outlook 2002 and there is no answer. Sucks. I went over to OE and Eudora.

Why is it you can fix this problem in Outlook Express in security options -
but not in Outlook 2002? Why doesn't Microsoft come out with a patch or at
least a security add on for this? I read the article, but it still doesn't
answer me why a user should have to hack the registry to fix this. Seems
unsafe to me...
