Blocked attachment

Exchange 2003, Outlook 2003.
In outlook 2003 client, some files format are blocked by default (eg. .exe).
Was it blocked by Exchange or outlook 2003?
Can the default "blocked" setting be changed, how to do it?
Where did all the blocked files goes?

The attachments remains in the mail but they are hidden.

Click on "Forward" should show the attachment....AFAIR

If you set the registry value (described in the article I have posted)
to have access to the blocked attachments, it affects to all mails.
There is no way to get a blocked attachment on a particular mail -
either all mails or none!
