Blocked addresses

i continue to receive messages that an address is blocked. But I can't find
the address in the blocked senders list. What can I do. i want to receive
that mail from the friend.
 
Please elaborate on "receive messages that an address is blocked."
Is it an internal error message from Windows Mail, or a non-delivery
notice received from some mail server? Please post the text of that
'blocked' notice.
