Block Users Internet Access!

Can I block selected users in my network not to browse the
internet using Group Policy and apply it into thier
respective Organizational Unit (OU)?

Well there a lot of ways:

1.
The best way would be to block the users on the firewall
or proxy server but i you can not do this there are also
other ways.

If you have a proxy and your firewall blocks Port 80 simple
make a gp were you disable the proxy and gp which prevents
the user to enable this setting.

3.
If you go directy to the internet without proxy you make a
gp were you typ in a fake proxy and also make a gp to
prevent the user to change this setting.
