Is it possible to use the wildcard symbol in the Blocked
Senders list? For example, will the entry @*.fr block all
messages from France or will it only block messages from
the domain *.fr allowing messages from frog.fr through?

With Outlook 2000, you could put ".fr" in the Junk Senders.txt file and all
French domains would be blocked. OL 2003 doesn't use Junk Senders.txt any
more. Wildcards aren't supported in the Blocked Senders list. However, you
can create a rule which will find ".fr" in the header of the message and can
block the message that way.
