I recently reinstalled Windows XP. How do I activate the pop-up blocker? (I
searched for this feature in IE Help, but did not find it).

I have already recently visited Windows update twice, and accepted all the
recommended updates. Yet I see now from System Properties that I only have
Service Pack 1! Somebody is going to have to do a better job of streamlining
these updates!

I don't really have a reply, but it was the only way to type a message. How
do you type a new message? Apparently I am the only person on the planet
that can't find it. When I clicked on "New" I just got what was already
there.
Can someone help me here?

Make sure that you are not blocking popups?
