block net send in group policy

I want to block net send command in group policy
for my users.so plz tell me where i block it by tellinh
path.

There's no policy to block net send that I know of, but the best thing to do
is to disable the Messenger service globally using group policy.

Ensure that your AV solution isn't set up to notify you using net send,
though.
