Block Long Distance

Is there any way to block our Windows 2000 Server RAS Servers from accepting
inbound calls from an area code other than the one that the RAS lines
themselves use? I want to prevent users form using RAS from a long distance
call (we have other means of connectivity for that)

you can configure the Remote Access policy using the "Calling-station-Id"
and wild cards , check the help for more details
