Block List wont Delete

I cannot delete 'all' of the people from my 'block' list
in msn Messenger 4.7

Why cant I delete some of the people on my block list?
The 'delete' function is 'whited' out and not an option.

I have deleted some, but others cant be deleted
HOW do I delete "EVERYONE" from my block list, and why
are some able to be delted and otehrs not?

Greetings Jennifer,

You can only delete people in the Privacy tab Blocked and Allow lists who have removed you
from their main contact list. Until they do, the option will be grayed out and you won't be
able to remove them.
