block an allowed windows services

One of our remote clients has allowed javapanel.exe
(windows service)in Microsoft Antispyware. How do you go
about blocking an allowed windows service or deleting
this allowed service.

Is this spyware, or is this a legit service.

if it isn't spyware, it probably isn't blocked by Microsoft Antispyware.

If it IS spyware, and they did an "always ignore"--you can reverse that in
Options,Settings, click on Spyware Scan, and look in the right pane.
