Blocage des option de E6

Bonjour à tous

Premièrement Google veut prendre l'initiative sur ma page d'accueil et
lorsque je veux avoir accès à mes options j'ai un message du genre "Cette
opération a été annulée en raison des restrictions en vigueur sur cet
ordinateur..." Alors que je suis le seul administrateur... C'est un
comble...
Merci si vous pouvez à me sortir de cette ornière...
