Blink option in text format

Should the text BLINK when blink is checked? I get no
chage when I use blink.

Blink is not supported in IE unless you use a javascript.

Blink is not supported by all browsers, and IE is one of
those.I had used the blink tags a while back and forgot
about them until I viewed in (Mozilla) Firefox. There are
some javascripts out there that you can use to do this if
you really need to have it
